Strange as it may sound to those that know me, the Snipehunter (AKA Adam Maxwell formerly the Mutant faction Lead Content Designer on Auto Assault) is looking for work. I'm looking for Lead-level work, preferably on a team just starting a new project or in the process of choosing a new project. I prefer MMO work to other work but have a lot of experience in both PC and console projects.
You can reach me via private message here (you must register to use it) or via e-mail (snipehunter at dopass.com). If you're looking to hire a lead designer with a decade of game experience who has has been involved in almost a dozen shipping titles, I would be happy to send you my resume.

ND mishaps?
What happened to your job at net devil, as you can probably tell, Im one of the testers from AA and the new designers being assigned at this stage has me concerned, just curious what happened behind the scenes if at all possible to disclose. Good luck in your future endevours
What happened?
Hi feralmetal,
Thanks for your concerns! It's awesome to see people interested in Auto Assault, but it is mixed with your fears, and that's bittersweet. All I can say is don't worry none, AA is an amazing product and I'm glad to have been a part of it. You won't find a better team of creative people to finish that game.
The truth is, there really wasn't much going on behind the scenes or anything like that. I can't go into details, but even if I could there really aren't any, it'd be anti-climatic to say the least.
I can tell you that it was long past time that Z (not being on the boards I don't know what he's calling himself) got the recognition he deserved for his kick ass work on the Mutant faction content. You guys are in great hands there, trust me.

Hat's off to you good sir
Well im glad to hear it, thanks for all the support and hard work you put into AA and its sad to see you go. I must the the devs as a whole are probably some of the best I have ever tested with. Zirp is what Z goes by on the boards now and I would just like to say that the mutants and the entire AA beta community as a whole wishes you the best of luck in all your future endeavours.
